The WHO had a test that anyone could use on Jan 17. The CDC refused to use it and tried to make their own. They failed. Now Trump is blaming the WHO for his failures.
South Korea took the tests, immediately instituted them, and has only had a few hundred deaths; we have tens of thousands, and the number still going up. Trump refused the tests, and now is scapegoating them.
