I only have a link in french, from the biggest news media here.
Iceland is testing ALL their population without exception.. and guess what, HALF of them are asymptomatic!
This is scary... We should all be tested.
- Or we should just isolate and treat the symptoms and not risk spreading it more.monospaced
- The test does nothing to help. If you test negative you should go home and isolate. If you test positive you should go home and isolate. Period.monospaced
- Sure of course the test helps know how much it’s spread but it doesn’t really change the plan of action.monospaced
- It's already known 40-60% are asymptomatic********
- so at this point, it's rather useless to commit to other measures until everybody gets tested and the sick quarantined********
- The numbers on the various charts & graphs we're all reading would increase quite a bit in terms of reported cases, not to mention the % of deaths would dropPonyBoy
- that is the case - higher the testing rate, lower the death rate, should be 0.2 - 0.4%********
- Of course. But it would also insure people without the virus would be close to people with it unnecessarily. IMHOmonospaced
- They should warn everyone to act like if you are positive. I've heard no one say it.Bennn
- They say that everywhere.monospaced
- not hereBennn
- I’m pretty sure they are. That’s what the lockdown is. That’s what the masks are for. Act like you have it.monospaced
- Wait ... Testing as present tense...how many of tested are effected based on population. Random sample testing or ppl who think they got it********
- Random ass info isn't scary unless u spook easily or not sure what to make of the info mimicking intent of media posts********
- they say that everywhere seems u are not listening carefully enough.. except trump but he is a notorious liar.neverscared
- link ?d_gitale
- shh no translate exists********
