My neighbor is an ignorant fuck.
For the past month he comes and goes from his apartment at least 12 times a day, like he has place to go and people to see. I'm fairly certain that he will contract the coronavirus at some point and will likely transmit it to everyone in my apartment building. Only a piece of shit, who does doesn't give two fucks about anyone else would behave like this.
