    I don't understand, if no one is forced to pay rent, aren't a bunch of landlords going to be forced to sell buildings? Out on the streets? A lot of landlords are just people with an extra house or a few apartments. They're small business owners. Not saying they're the worst off in a crisis, but I dont understand why people think they should be a able to just not pay rent for months and expect that things will work out
