    With USA bars and restaurants closing, how do servers and staff make ends meat? Maybe 800k in NYC alone out of work. Same for small commercial businesses shutting doors. There's going to be shit load of people with no pay checks for the next two to who knows how many months. Shall the government step in with a stipend? This is seriously going to force the government assistance hand.
