    Well, that's that.

    State of emergency officially declared in Bavaria. If it's not a supermarket or pharmacy, it's to remain shut. Schools, gyms (ugh!!!!), galleries, bars, musea, clubs, beerhalls, one of the dozens of H&Ms, the lot.

    As if Munich didn't already feel like the set of '28 Days Later' enough.

    Sigh.
