Danish prime minister is just now holding a press conference, we now have 512 confirmed cases. We are apparently now the European country with the most new cases. Its spreading fast, and too fast.
they are now taking the following steps, and asking the public to:
- all public workers that can work from home must do so
- all schools will be closed from monday, parents must organise who can work/stay at home
- all bars/night clubs/ect are asked to be closed for a while, no legislation that can require a closure yet, but they will rush legislation through tomorrow
- mandatory health check before entering Denmark for some flights
- hospital, retirement home visitors are asked to minimize their visits
- limit the amount of external activities
- avoid taking public transport in rush hour, walk or bike if you can
- all hospitals across the country will now take covid-19 cases- also no gatherings with 100 people or moreNutter
- The only right thing to do. I wish the Norwegian government would have the same insight before we end up in the same placeinv
- yesterday it was 262 cases. They also expect to be many more cases they haven't found yet. They strongly suggest not travelling, for some countries especially.Nutter
- we have been to slow to take steps, our national health board was too slow. The government have now totally overruled them to take steps.Nutter
- Is this going affect the supply of Danish pastries??shapesalad
- since they don't have anything to do with Denmark besides the name then I'm guessing no. Better ask your local bakery shop :PNutter
