I dont want to minimize the COVID-19, just want to put things into perspective.

    • Imagine if the media would talk about this as much as the COVID-19... people would get crazy.Bennn
    • but you understand that it's different, and potentially more contagious and more deadly than the flu? and yet...kingsteven
    • and 169 million people get flu vaccinations every year - in the USA alone.kingsteven
    • i know kingsteven, just want to put things into perspectiveBennn

    • Yeah, but, the death rate for flu is much lower than coronavirus so far. And there's a vaccine for flu, which does help reduce its incidence.boobs
    • Well, the common flu still kills over 500K people yearly globally and we don‘t have a single media outlet freaking out.NBQ00
    • But now everything is being cancelled and so much fucking panic and hype.NBQ00
