Splurged on a 43in 4K Samsung tv to be my main monitor in the studio..
little did I know I needed to upgrade to Mojave to get 60hz happening on OS X.. what was a quick install of new hardware has turned into a 4 hour epic deep dive into shit I really didn’t want to do- Definition and colour accuracy? Are you only on music? Or are you going to PS or design with this beast?OBBTKN

- bit of everything, I have a Thunderbolt Display also but I wanted to be able to see the screen clearly from the otherwise of the room when I'm messing aboutautoflavour
- TVs make shit monitors.monospaced
- got a usb c to hdmi 60hz cable.. all is well with the world. as for shit monitors, meh.. its nicer than the Thunderbolt Display.. maybe not so colour accurateautoflavour
- that said, I haven't run a calibrator on it yetautoflavour
