    @Nairn just saw this and remembered you talking about adding chicken stock to otherwise veggie dishes - something i do myself, with the double bonus of umami and stopping my veggie g/f from eating my lunch chilli... but sure:

    • Indeed, I like the idea of this being in my local Tesco or whatever. I generally find my veggie mates don't like overly umami dishes/ too many onions, mushroomskingsteven
