I wonder if I'm remembering this correctly, but I have a memory of the woman Nic proposed to many moons ago that worked for or was training for the FBI or CIA or something like that when he was living in the states for a spell. The engagement ring he got her was diamonds set in morse code. What a class act. I don't know if that ended up being his current wife, but, it really stayed with me how romantic and creative that was. Something I hoped I'd find in a partner one day.
