I had to report some fly-tipping near here the other week - some cunt had dumped a load of construction rubble on the pavement. From afar it looked like it might be asbestos roofing, so I went up to check and... yup, asbestos roofing. Dumped on the street. Total cunts. I literally hope that whoever dumped it fucking dies.
