    This 2018 macbook pro... Freeze, "whoooosh", crash.

    over and over and over again.

    IT dept: "try installing Catalina"

    Gets to end of 8gb download, crashes again, reboots and picks up at 500mb. Repeat the process 3 times with the same result.

    IT dept: "try one more time please"
