I work in a bar, and a couple of months ago this guy showed up, he had a couple of beers at the counter, we started chatting. He was touring through Europe on his motorbike etc. He's a very funny man, we had a good laugh. At the end of the conversation he revealed he has bowel cancer and according to the doctors should have been dead already half a year ago. It was quite a shock. "YEAH MAN, I'M A DEAD MAN WALKING!" Yesterday he released this YouTube video. He started vlogging about his life as a terminal cancer patient. Amazing positivity all around. So if you know anyone who's going through something similar, point them here. It might give them some courage or inspiration to stay positive also, and that's what the videos are for.
