I just hope this isn't one of those King stories that builds you up w/all this emotion / hurt / real life shit up front just to unveil some stupid supernatural monster crap. Mind you... I'm fine when he gets all super natural as long as the story holds up (eg—The Green Mile). So many of King's stories fizzle-out toward the end... I'm hoping as it's HBO broadcasting it that it holds up but I must remind myself how GOT finished and probably pocket my hopes and dreams for another day.

    • Sorry but that’s exactly what it is. It’s Stephen king after all ;)monospaced

    • Your thoughts on this are identical to mine I might as well have written this list myself.monospaced
    • So far HBO has given the characters more depth and emotion than King is even capable of. Here’s to hoping friend.monospaced
    • if you cant see the monster bit coming then you need to stop right now! i for one an excited by it.necromation
    • Of course I can see it coming... :/ someone
/ something that can change form and does lots of killing... especially to the story...

    • Servant? Alas, Shyamalan has a similar problem writing a premise and shitting the bed at the reveal, so I can't promise anyting.monospaced
