I'm reading the feedbacks for one of our apps andam crying :|How to solve the problem of fuckface johnny leaving shitty feedback, and our support contacts him, helps him because he was the stupid one, and fuckface johnny's feedback is still online?

- whenever I want to install a new app that I want, I also check reviews and see most are up by stupid dump mf but I can't call them out so I just install it anywgrafician
- nah have to think over how we can get better ratings. we took over 2 years ago a shitty application, what people already hated and there is no alternative.sted

- What even allows you to videochat with the support if something is f up with the first experience/setup (there is some irl action involved...)sted

- objectively speaking, by the numbers it looks like there’s way more Fuckface Johnnys than not...ben_
- Did you know there's an option to reset your reviews? It's there for exactly that reason, when you launch a new version you want new feedback.zarkonite
