my Car Insurance Agent...
...whom 6+ months ago found us a 'great rate' through one company but FAILED to cancel the old company (their previous choice - their fucking name is still listed as my Agent). I have so many items withdrawn from my account monthly that I'd never had caught this if I didn't see that both Insurance co's happened to have charged me on the same day (today).
Someone owes me and the Missus $867 and change.
