Is it really possible that so many fires can start at the same time throughout all Australia?

This is really horrible. Unimaginable amounts of nature and wildlife destroyed.

    • The comments are quite interesting. Someone hinting from Aus, all the fires started by man. 24 arsonists, 100 others given warning. Australians are loco.robotron3k

    • ngos and activists are pretty terrible. look at peta. What is the reason for the wildfires? Just "climate change"... hmm suspect responsedeathboy
    • Curious how many are actually "lightning" on dry brush.deathboy
    • lightning crashes are very real reasons for natural fires, but more often it's accidental or careless people in a dryer-than-normal environmentmonospaced

    • you are right mono. which is why i question the climate change motive that dry brush + lightning are the cause. unless another way to start wildfires naturallydeathboy
    • News hasn't presented unusual weather patterns or conditions, but brush fires yes. my instinct goes towards climate style peta nut jobsdeathboy
    • Oh. No doubt climate change is a factor. The climate change in Australia is severe and has made things far more fire hazardous. That can’t be denied dumbassmonospaced
