    Every new Holiday I get closer and closer to an entire Holidays with friends. There’s nothing wrong with my family, nor with my family in law, but man... I’m getting tired of the whole spectacle, the ceremony... ”Give in, think about your loved ones. Eat, be interested in conversations with stupid people. Do not respond badly. focus on the family commitment you have with people you see once a year and respect the commitment even if there is no other reason than that damn dinner once a year.”

    It’s getting harder and harder each and every year. I can totally see my family and I celebrating with friends. People we chose. People we choose to share our lives with instead of the pain in the ass that came from the factory.
