Do any of you use the NextDoor app in your neighborhoods and towns? Our town rarely has political discussions in ours, but after a pro-impeachment rally on Tuesday night, people have really come out of the woodwork to show their true colors.

There's one guy who is just so outrageously pro Trump, and then I'm just completely unsurprised when he comments, TODAY, TWO HOURS AGO "Aaaaand he still won't be impeached. NO CRIME. Can't impeach a president because you lost an election."

Nevermind how utterly dim this is, how clueless does one have to be to not realized he was impeached LAST NIGHT by the House? It's absolutely comical to me the way these MAGA people think they're so right, and don't even have a grasp of simple and fundamental facts of impeachment procedure, or the space-time continuim that necessitates understanding past, present, and future tense.

    • The guy's FB page is full of gun-nut, NRA, pro-Trump BS; there's even a confederate flag as one of his past profile pics. So glad this guy is not my neighbor.mg33
    • can't really blame him knowing that the senate itself doesn't recognize the impeachment as legitimate eithermonospaced
    • What if the GOP pull a fast one and find trump guilty. Maybe their plan all along was to replace him in the next electionGnash
    • lol, it was all about Pence from the beginning! lolmonospaced
    • Someone suggested he could be ousted and Romney runs. That could be an easy win for them - stopped the tyrant, candidate with health care, etc.formed
    • just toss it out there is he impeached if pelosi doesnt do the paper work that leads to a trial?
