It's been almost 3 months since I started my not-so-new position as a UX Designer for this real estate company. I haven't been so stressed in the last 5 years. The company is old but everyone on this team is new and they behave like a startup (it seems like nobody knows what they're doing). From what I've heard I've picked so many red-flags that I will take the holiday break to update my portfolio and try my luck, once again.
On the bright side, I already have enough pieces to update the portfolio, lol.
