    Florida is the new Wild Wild West.

    Yesterday 2 guys robbed a jewelry store in Miami, carjacked a UPs truck and held the driver hostage. As they approach a wall of traffic the cops surround them and exchange fire with the robbers, killing both of them along with the UPS driver and another innocent bystander

    is this standard procedure?!?
    Firing hundreds of rounds on a highway in rush hour traffic.
