If your designing for fake companies, you want them to look as professional as possible. Design a logo / guidlines / site / stationery / adverts / transport. Treat it as though they where a real client requiring many apllications. On the presentation side of things, simply have a brief description underneath the work.... why not just tell me what you designing, and I'll do it all for you ;P
