Its a bit of a nightmare mate, depends where you are though - I'm in madrid and getting a broadband service installed at home was tricky, 'terra.es' offered me a service, signed me up, sent me the installation pack and when I called to say they'd sent me the PC version barely knew what a mac was, let alone provide an adsl pack for it. Technical service generally is slack to say the least. There are some good suppliers though - where are you based?
