luck is just the universe testing you, responding to your "mood", if you're ready you get "lucky", if you're not, you better recognise it and get ready next time, simple as that
most of the time you feel it as in your intuition telling you "yeah, go for it this time" and things align according to that, then you get to say "woo, how lucky I am!"
