For anyone that hasn't seen this show (it took me a bit to figure it out until I watched a full episode) - 2/3 of the show is challenges that they're putting each other up to - sometimes individual and sometimes in pairs. Whoever fails the challenges has to do a punishment, which is usually something hugely embarrassing.
I've read in multiple places that they most commit to the punishment or risk losing their salary for that season. Which is pretty genius if true.
