Didn't know about the draw functionality until I read about it after the fact. You might consider changing the appearance of the mouse to something like a pen?
Popups are clean and well put together. Might want to open portfolio work to the same popup window so user doesn't have to close 10 windows...
I like it. Needs a bit more thought though, maybe just a little bit more thematic linkage...but nice, and definitely original.
