    So Trump is apparently referring to the emoluments clause as the "phone emoluments clause" now that he's had to back off hosting the G-7 at his Miami resort.

    The emoluments clause is IN THE F'ING CONSTITUTION. It's not phony, but his dim-witted, dipshit rubes of supporters will 100% buy his claim that it's something Democrats are just making up to punish him.
