Working on lap top on sofa, cant drag and drop, think trackpad is giving up the ghost, struggle through for a couple of hours then:
My bluetooth mouse is buried under paper on my desk upstairs and has been left clicking all morning.
Happens every couple of months and not once have I realised whats going on. FFS

; )ideaist - try using the 3-finger drag option for the trackpad so you don't have to press and drag at the same timemonospaced
- ^ i've never been able to grasp the gestural stuff on the trackpad... i just turn it all off.kingsteven
- my girlfriend gets so irked by me physically clicking on the trackpad rather than tapping... so i must continue...kingsteven
- oh man, the gestures are what make work possible! Trust me, it's worth learningmonospaced
- I don't think I've EVER used the trackpad press click before. It's so impractical. Tap to click and three-finger drag are absolutely necessary without a mousemonospaced
- This happened to my old MBP. Took years before I realized it was the battery swelling inside. Take a look from the profile and see if it looks uneven.Cosmodrome
