    First off, the media is wrong to call this a transcript. It's a memorandum of a transcript, as stated in the document.

    Secondly, God willing, he is FUCKED. Anyone that can't see how damning this is shouldn't have the right to vote.

    Now he's on TV live bloviating about how great everything is, as if he's immune from scandal and criminal penalty because of how supposedly good things are.
