    A BIG FUCK YOU TO AMAZON!

    I purchased a new coffee maker yesterday and it was shipped today with no problems. I realized early today that I wanted to purchase an alternative coffee maker, so I went to Amazon and requested a return. The website said "no returns" for the coffee maker. So I called them up and Amazon offered me a complete 100% refund because I was a Prime member and that I can keep the coffee maker free of charge. I then told the Amazon customer service advisor that I'm on the product page right now and DO NOT see anywhere on the product page that this particular item was NON returnable. She said that it was a new Amazon policy with certain products. I asked her how is anyone going to know if the new product that they are purchasing from Amazon in non returnable...her answer...they will not.

    Fuck you Amazon and thanks for the free coffee maker.
