So is household broadband WiFi dead?
Why pay double when it's quicker to use 5G?- I immediately take that back LOL.
Netflix would probably use my monthly dataplan in a day. (Unless the price/allowance has come right down for 5G?)Hayzilla - yup, makes that extra wifi radiation obsolete. for a 2 person household even a 4G has enough bandwidth.uan
- it's not dead, you'd get a 5G "router" which will deliver net access through WiFi. Plenty ISPs have been doing this already since 3Gernexbcn
- but you'll be dead before the months upGnash
- Sorry I'm a bit thick. Yes my TV still needs to connect through a router doesn't it.Hayzilla
- The quicker I can shed the clusterfuck rip off that is BT, the better - I looked into the sums a wee while back about relying on 4G at home. Answer: not yet.Nairn
- you can use a mobile 4G modem and do whatever you want anywhere right now with an unlimited data plangrafician
- for 10 euros per monthgrafician
- If it were that cheap here in the UK, I'd've long-since set up two 4G connections on differing networks for my home broadbandNairn
- I immediately take that back LOL.
