    Interesting reality check in terms of perception vs. reality...

    Trump has been in office for over two years and not only has illegal immigration not gone down, it is actually at record levels.

    Hundreds of thousands (millions?) of people from Central America are getting into the U.S. under Trump, possibly to later become citizens.

    However Trump's base seems to be happy as long as he tweets and yells loudly enough and creates the impression he is doing something :)
