    HEIC files, or rather clients who send them, or rather - Apple, for making these a default for a largely-nontechnical userbase who don't appreciate they're astandard or general sharing.

    • Is it a better file for compression or something? Does it hold more meta data than a standard JPEG? I used some online converter the other day just to use themIanbolton

    • It's a better/smaller compression method, so there is a logic behind it. it's just not the best thought-out solution for non-tech to people to rely on, i think.Nairn
