Two weeks ago I shot some welds a client who wanted to keep the film. When this happens they usually loose the film I dropped off and then try to tell us that we still have the film and that they need it.
This time I wrote a note in the bill to the client that stated I gave them the film the day I shot it and now I don't have to worry what I did with it.
Small win I know but it made my day a whole lot better!
