Since when has dropping the 'T' been a New York thing? I've never noticed it, but now that I have, I hear it all the time.
So instead of "Manhattan", the'll say "Manha-un".
Am I daft?
- daft ... nobody pronounces the Ts very clearly anywhere as far as I knowmonospaced
- And Montreal is pronounced, “Mon-real”HijoDMaite
- mono is an 'ool.
:PPonyBoy - gotta get your digs where you can, I guess. Anyway, I was referring only to the word Manhattan and how people pronounce it ... I never hear a clear "T"monospaced
- Ffs... I hope you carry a lil packet of tissues with you for these moments when you can’t tell someone is just being silly with you. *hugsPonyBoy
