I beg to differ, I called Media Temple last weekend and I waited half an hour for someone to pick up the phone... I wanted to cancel my service and the guy told me I had to fill out the application online, so I looked it up and it turns out I couldn't fill it out directly online, I had to print it out but I have no printer so I had to e-mail it to myself at work and print it and then spend a $1.50 for an American stamp to mail it by snail mail. I was pretty pissed off. I found my personal experience with Media Temple very frustrating.
