    I'll add that my biggest concern is doing something that looks okay with the brownish red shingles. I'd love to replace them but also don't want to spend the money to replace a perfectly good roof.

    • You could get your roof sprayed to change the colour? Would also increase the life of the tiles.PhanLo
    • I looked into that but seems the consensus is to not do that, because it eventually wears off from sun / winter.mg33
    • Ah fair play, the tiles on my roof are starting to go, just slowly disintegrating into sand. Couple of folk round where I live had had their roofs sprayed.PhanLo
    • ya, don't spray roof. BUT, don't base your house colours on a roof you will be replacing eventually. looks like the south side is showing wear anywayGnash
