Started doing Keto again this weekend. It's the only thing that works for me to kick the carbs that lead to bad carbs and too much sugar. Both times before I didn't get much of the Keto flu at first, but only three days in, same thing as before: the increase in fat and the limited carbs makes me feel so much more outrageously focused and productive at work than I do when I'm a slave to bad carbs and candy and such.

I'm at 165.5 as of this morning, down from 168 on Saturday and of course a lot of that is water weight as glycogen is burned off. I'm around 12.9% body fat right now and eager to kick some ass and get to between 9-10. I'm super lean everywhere except my abs, so hoping if that's all I've got left to burn, doing this will take care of it.

    • reducing carb intake does just as good a job as keto in reducing carb intakemonospaced
    • If you have abdominal fat, it usually means your interiors are still full of fat. You begin to accumulate around your organs inside first, the fat you see iszarkonite
    • the tip of the iceberg. This is the first and last place your body uses to store its reserves, and you might not see progress for a while.zarkonite

    • I'm working off the skinnyfat by adding jump rope and sit-ups alternating for 20 min. Belly button slowly shrinking...robotron3k
