    An interesting opinion piece on Apple's latest services presentation...

    "In 2017, he [Tim Cook] projected $50B in revenue by 2020, a number that would put Apple Services between #59 Lockheed Martin and #60 AIG on the Fortune 500 list. Given last quarter’s $10.9B, Cook’s prediction is beginning to look conservative."

    I personally thought this was the first time in a long time that Apple acted like Apple. Being disruptors instead of just incrementing.

    All of these services are designed to disrupt a specific market by redesigning the user experience, which is basically how they've been successful in the past. It's not as impressive as inventing a whole new device like the iPhone, but it's on par with the 1$tracks + iTunes + iPod combination that brought them back to life in early 2000s.
