    So when a recruiter sends a message on LinkedIn to you that starts:

    Dear [insert your name],

    Dear [insert someone else’s name,]

    I came across your profile online...
    —

    How snide should one be in explaining to that recruiter how not to copy/paste the same generic message to multiple people that includes other people in the salutation?
