So, cutting out coke, chocolate and junk food in general.. eating only between 12pm-6pm (most days) and sleeping more I have lost 6kg since New Years so far.
Barely any exercise and what I have been eating hasn’t changed that much.. maybe less pizza, but the rest is the same.
Intermittent fasting works.. takes a week or so to get over the detoxing phase and cravings, but to be honest, it was only a few days of pain and once the caffeine headaches subsided, i was fine
Not bad for pretty much just adjusting diet

- But yep, between 1 and 1.5kg weekly.. many weeks to go alas .. at least half a year in front of meautoflavour
- yea, eating late. thats fucked me up for a few years. Now I eat before 6, nothing after until next day.futurefood

- No usually eat 2 or 3’meals.. nothing major, not that that hungry. But only between 12-6pm. Sure there is the occasional dinner or breakfast on the weekend,autoflavour

- do you ever wake up in the night getting hunger pains? I get this, is pretty full on. hard to ignore.inteliboy
- its weird, I have totally adjusted to it.. occasionally I feel a bit hungry, and on weigh in day and over the weekend I am usually a bit more flexible..autoflavour
- usually try to stick to 12-6pm window.. but include sometimes food.. just had Indian for dinner, had scrambled eggs with feta for breakfast.. etcautoflavour
