People who volunteer up someone's personal, medical reason for being out of the office. Just say "She's out today, she'll be back on Monday". Not, "Janet is getting her asshole operated on today. It's gonna take a few days for that thing to calm down". Pretty sure Janet told you that in confidence, ya dunce.
