My oven just blew out fire. Part of it touched my leg while I was at the kitchen sink. I immediately turned it off, the glass was foggy (I'd just turned it on at 350) Happened so fast, my pants and leg are perfectly fine.
I was slightly suspicious about the way the light acts whenever I turn on the stove. The light is no longer working, but it wasn't on when it blew.
Can't figure out what happened.
Cheap stove? Things not connecting? A bit scary.- Yeah, a fire can happen really fast. I had a pan go up in flames a few months ago. I had to put it in the sink immediately.pinkfloyd

- Had something similar happen recently, the elements went in the oven, saw a spark after I turned it on and fire started, totally freaked me out.pedromendez
