    at least AOC is swinging the 70% marginal rate on >$10m incomes ... bout time we got back to some eisenhower / new deal era tax rates, or at least started fucking talking about it

    i remember obama and the GOP fighting between like 35 and 36 percent and wanting to vomit

    • "Fair" is subjective, but keep in mind this is a marginal tax rate - they're taxed the same as anyone else on amounts prior.ben_
    • and usually a lot less than anyone else because they claim dividends, etc. instead of incomes.ben_
