    I have a 2nd interview for a remote job coming up next Tuesday, as well as another interview for a different company in downtown Dallas, walking distance from my place.

    Many people are jumping the boat at my current job where I've been employed for about a year and a half. 5 developers turned in their resignation last week and I heard others will do the same soon. That's what you get when you don't organize your team and plan things out in a so-called "Agile" environment.
