Anyone here practice?
What's a good place for me to start? I need a physical contact sport. This might be a outlet for many different reasons.
Any particular one supplement running? What's the 411!

- Ya go for Capoeira. It build alot of the core strength. Otherwise parkour is the best self defence.pango
- Hammer-kwon-do. Taekwondo with hammers. Just need to install a hammer loop in your gi trousers.cannonball1978

- physical contact sport? get a babysitter, its saver! or change to Norway, i heard crime rate is pretty low there.api
- I practiced Judo for 17 years. Got into Aikido after a hiatus. Both are a bit more passive than more popular martial arts.ben_
- But I would recommend either in a heartbeat if you want a good physical outlet.ben_
