    Hell yeah! Got my measurements today and thrilled with my progress. Been working out 5x a week, weights and Peloton, doing If It Fits Your Macros nutrition plan for either fat loss or maintenance, totally sticking to it.

    August 28th: 173.5 lbs / 18.9% body fat
    November 7th: 169 lbs / 15.47% body fat

    Totally didn't expect to be under 16% yet. Major decreases in Pec from 15 > 10 and Abs from 33 > 25. Weight is above my morning wake up weight, been averaging 166/167 at wake up.

    Love tracking this stuff and it's so much more motivating to see the data behind what I'm seeing change physically.
