Just accepted a well paying position at an agency. It's been about 7-10 years since I've been in a staff position. But freelancing hasn't worked out for me lately and it's not the quality of my work. There's many factors like: most freelance gigs want me to be on-site and it has become too difficult to be just ready at any given moment and travel on short notice. Or not knowing when a next gig comes up and so on.

I will be financially better off now but I won't have so much free time anymore. It will be a bit difficult to adjust back into the "slave" mode like most people. But I shouldn't bitch & moan. Many people on this planet work a lot more for way less money and some have multiple jobs to put food on the table.
