Are you in front of a screen (phone, laptop, desktop, tv) 'till the last minute before going to bed/sleep or are you able to do something without a screen at least 30-60min before?

I think I'm addicted to screens. I'm always in front of one. Its crazy, I need to do something about this.

    • You're definitely addicted. Best thing to do is find something that's more addicting, like a new relationship or hobby or responsibility.monospaced
    • I used to be like this, but then I found that creating an amazing night for my loved one(s) was a lot more rewarding and addicting.monospaced
    • Eventually you take pleasure knowing that you finished the night without even looking at your phone, and laugh at all the unread messages. Good times.monospaced
    • The last thing I do at night is walk. The floor I live on is a big square that is precisely .10 /mile. I try to walk it 10 times (at least)... but mind you I...PonyBoy
